Returns

To return products from your order, the following return conditions must be met.

Return Conditions

  • The items must be unused, and any seal — for hygiene reasons — must NOT be broken.

  • All included instructions and documentation must be returned.

  • The product must be sent back in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Returns are at the customer’s own expense unless the item is defective or we packed the wrong product.
Returns must be sent as parcels, not cash-on-delivery.
If the customer wishes to make a return, they must email info@kinkandplay.se. We will then send a digital return label. The return shipping cost for the customer is 79 SEK.
If the customer is unable to print the return label, the service point/post office can assist with printing.

Businesses are not covered by the return policy.


Special Order Products or Products Ordered via Approved Custom Quotation — NO RETURNS / NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Special-order products based on an approved quotation are not eligible for returns or the right of withdrawal.
These products are not covered by the Distance Selling Act.


14-Day Right of Withdrawal

We follow the Distance Selling Act, which gives you the right to return purchased items within 14 days without giving any reason.
You cancel your purchase by notifying us at info@kinkandplay.se within 14 days from receiving your order (or the majority of it).

The item must be returned well-packaged, in good condition, and in the original box.

Note: Special-order products or products ordered via an approved custom quotation are not covered by the Distance Selling Act.


Claims 

If a customer wishes to file a claim for a defective item, they must email info@kinkandplay.se and include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for the claim

  • Photos showing the defect

If KinkAndPlay AB determines that the defective product needs to be returned, a return label will be sent to the customer.
